Rules & Regulations for the event

Disclaimer

  • Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their stalls within the allocated time frame. No setup activities will be allowed once the expo is open to the public.
  • The display of hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items not related to the solar industry is strictly prohibited.
  • Personal and business information collected during registration and booking will be used solely for event-related purposes.
  • All collected data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without the consent of the data owner.
  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, exhibitors will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations by exhibitors must be made in writing. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
  • Sponsors must sign an agreement outlining the terms and conditions of their sponsorship, including payment terms and benefits.
  • The organizer reserves the right to use the sponsor's logo in event marketing materials.
  • All participants, including exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees, must adhere to the event's code of conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • While the organizer will provide general security, exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own property.
  • All exhibitors and their staff must wear official event badges at all times. Badges are non-transferable and must be collected from the registration desk upon arrival.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices, such as using recyclable materials and minimizing waste. The organizer will provide recycling bins and other resources to support these efforts.

  • Attendees must register to enter the event. Registration may involve providing personal details and acquiring a badge or pass.
  • There are specific timings for entry and exit each day of the event. Early or late entry might be restricted.
  • Valid identification such as a government-issued ID or the event badge may be required for entry.
  • Some events have specific dress codes, especially for certain areas like VIP sections or conferences within the expo.
  • Certain items like weapons, large bags, outside food or beverages, and professional recording equipment may be prohibited.
  • Respectful behavior towards other attendees, exhibitors, and staff is expected. Any disruptive behavior may lead to expulsion from the event.
  • Rules regarding photography and videography vary. Generally, personal use is allowed, but commercial or professional use may require permission.
  • The event organizers may not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event.
  • Respect exhibitors' booths and materials. Ask for permission before taking samples or brochures.
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures in case of fire or other emergencies.
  • Exhibitors must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Any infringement, including unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials, is prohibited.
  • All participants must comply with local, state, and federal laws applicable to their participation in the event.
