Disclaimer for the event
Keep a minimum distance of 6 feet from others.
Wear a properly fitting face mask at all times. Entry to the exhibition halls will be denied without one.
Practice hand washing with soap for 40-60 seconds or apply alcohol-based hand sanitizer for at least 20 seconds.
Follow respiratory etiquette by covering your mouth and nose with a tissue, handkerchief, or your elbow when you cough or sneeze. Dispose of tissues properly in bio-waste containers.
Keep track of your health and immediately notify the COVID onsite helpdesk if you experience any symptoms.
If you are unwell or have a temperature, please do not come to the exhibition venue.
Spitting is strictly prohibited in the exhibition venue. Offenders will be fined INR 1,000 and may face additional penalties as decided by the Organizers.
It is compulsory to go through thermal screening.

Ensure you have your E-badge, sent via email or SMS, ready for scanning at the entrance. Admission to the Exhibition will not be allowed without a valid E-badge.
You are required to bring one Government-issued photo ID, such as a PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport. Foreign nationals must present a Passport. The requested ID must be shown to the organizers or their staff upon request.
Other important notices
To ensure the safety of all attendees, individuals over 65, those with medical conditions, and pregnant women are advised not to visit the exhibition. Children under 18, including infants, are strictly prohibited from entering the exhibition halls.
Please note that access to the exhibition halls and conference sessions is restricted to the designated time slots indicated on your E-Badge. We request that you strictly follow these entry and exit times. Your cooperation is essential to help us provide a seamless experience.
The organizers reserve the right to admission to the exhibition.
Food and beverages are not permitted inside the exhibition halls.
Capturing photos and videos within the exhibition venue is not allowed without the organizers’ written approval.
The organizers take no responsibility for personal belongings. We urge you to stay alert and safeguard your items while at the exhibition. Any theft or loss will not be handled by the organizers.
The event is subject to conditions of force majeure.
